Delivery time

We ship thousands of orders and do everything we can to ensure you receive your delivery as quickly and smoothly as possible. Our usual delivery time is about 5 business days. Some products may take a bit longer to deliver, especially larger and heavier items that require special transportation. We hope you understand this and that you will be very satisfied with your purchase from us.

Spare parts

If an accident occurs and a product from us gets damaged, we will, of course, assist you with this. If the issue is covered by the warranty or if something is missing upon delivery, we will discuss with you whether to send the missing/defective part or to send a new product. If the issue is not covered by the above, we will help you find a solution. Spare parts are available for almost all our products. You can easily order them by filling out the form further down on the page.

Can i pay later?

Yes, with us you can easily pay with Klarna and choose to pay immediately, later, or in installments. (Only in countries supported by Klarna)

I received an online discount code, but it isn't working. What should I do?

The discount code may have only been valid during a promotion or for a limited period. However, please contact us with your code, and we will try to assist you to ensure your satisfaction.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Of course! With us, you always have at least a two-year warranty on all products. Please note that this does not apply to perishable goods, batteries, or other types of consumable products that may have a best-before date; these products have a different warranty period.

Can you assist with spare parts if my product breaks?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Do you ship all over the world?

Almost, our prime market is Europe, But you are able to order from all over the world. Please note that the delivery time is different if we ship outside Europe. Also be aware of extra taxes that can be added for your purchase if you order to a country outside Europe.

Can I track my package?

Yes, of course. All our packages are shipped with tracking. The tracking information will be sent to you when the package leaves our warehouse.

I haven't received my tracking ID.

We send out your tracking ID only when the package leaves our warehouse, which typically occurs 0-48 hours after you receive your order confirmation. We usually do not dispatch orders during weekends, but on certain occasions such as around Christmas or during peak periods, we may dispatch orders on weekends as well.

Which courier company do you use?

We work with several different courier companies. This depends on which country you order is being shipped out to.

My product was damaged when I received it.

We understand how disappointing it is when this happens. But sometimes things happen beyond our control, but we will certainly assist you with this. We are responsible for ensuring that you receive a complete, clean, and functioning product.

How long are your gift cards valid for?

Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Do the gift cards work on your entire range of products?

Yes, absolutely! You can use our gift cards for our entire range of products.

Returns & Refunds

I have regretted my purchase, what should I do?

No problem, we understand that for various reasons, you may sometimes change your mind. With us, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received your package. You can easily use the return label included in your package and drop off your product at the nearest service point.

Once we have received and registered your return, we will process a refund for you. If you have ordered a very large or heavy product from us, such as building materials, a pool, or similar, you will need to contact us to process your return. This is because we need to arrange a pickup from you.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we have registered your return, we will process your refund. We will also send a confirmation of this via email to you. Depending on how you paid for your order, it may take 1-7 business days for your money to be back in your account or on your card.

Where is my order?

Track your order

Here, we help you track your order. If you don't have your tracking ID available or if you haven't received a tracking ID yet, your order number and the email address you used when placing your order are sufficient. You can find your order number in the confirmation email from us that you received when placing your order.
